These terms apply to all services provided by Mallorca Luxury Spa, 2nd Floor, Accord Nidhi, Shop No. 208, New Link Rd, above Bikaji Sweet, Kanchpada, Malad West, Mumbai 400064. By booking or using our services, you agree to them.

Booking & payment

Appointments can be booked by phone or WhatsApp on 097097 07085. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to room and therapist availability. Payment is due at the time of service unless agreed otherwise. We may decline or reschedule a booking at our discretion.

Cancellations

Please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation charge. Any refund, where applicable, is handled according to our internal policy.

Service limitations

All spa services are provided for relaxation and wellness purposes only. We may decline a service if it is unsuitable because of a health condition, or if a guest behaves inappropriately.

Guest conduct

Guests are expected to treat staff and other guests with respect. Misconduct, harassment or inappropriate behaviour will result in the service being ended immediately, without a refund.

Health information

Please tell your therapist about any health conditions, allergies, injuries or pregnancy before your treatment begins.

Personal belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables while on the premises. Mallorca Luxury Spa is not liable for any loss or damage.

Privacy

Any personal information shared while booking is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
