When you call us, message us on WhatsApp or visit the spa, we may collect your name, phone number and booking details. This website has no forms and does not ask you to enter personal information.

How we use it

We use this information only to confirm and manage appointments, respond to your enquiries and improve our service. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information.

Advertising measurement (Google Ads)

Our main website pages use the Google tag for Google Ads conversion tracking. It may set cookies so that we can measure when a visitor who arrived from one of our ads taps the Call or WhatsApp button. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. We do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics tool, and our legal pages (this page, the Terms & Conditions and the Disclaimer) do not load the Google tag.

Third-party services

When you tap a WhatsApp link, open our Google Map or get directions, the relevant service (WhatsApp or Google) handles your data under its own privacy policy.

Your choices
